Student Involvement at Auburn University
As Lead Graphic Designer at the Office of Student Involvement at Auburn University, I created 600+ assets in a variety of formats including digital, print, and promotional items from 2021-2023. These assets range from large-scale events to one-off projects with quick turnarounds.

UPC Fall Concert
The UPC Fall Concert is Auburn University's premier student concert, hosted annually by the University Program Council (UPC). As one of the largest student-attended events of the year, the concert brings a nationally recognized artist to campus and serves as a major entertainment experience for the Auburn community. The challenge was to create a visually engaging campaign that generated excitement and ticket interest while remaining faithful to the artist's established brand and approved promotional materials.
For the 2023 concert featuring The Driver Era, I worked within a unique set of creative constraints, as the only assets provided by the band's management were approved press photographs. Rather than relying on custom illustrations or additional brand elements, I developed a scalable visual system using photography as the primary design driver. Through typography, color treatments, image composition, and graphic hierarchy, I transformed a limited asset library into a comprehensive campaign that extended across social media, digital screens, print collateral, environmental graphics, and event-day materials.
Hey Day 2022
Hey Day is a beloved tradition at Auburn University that began in 1947 to create a welcoming environment for returning World War II soldiers. The tradition involves handing out nametags to students, faculty, and staff, and encouraging them to say "hey" to each other. The day also includes free food and entertainment from campus groups.
After receiving approval to use the vintage Beanie Aubie logo, I developed a cohesive brand system that integrated the mark across event touchpoints. The design process included establishing vintage-inspired typography, color palettes, graphic elements, promotional materials, apparel, signage, and digital assets. The Beanie Aubie logo served as the visual anchor, helping unify the experience while reinforcing Auburn's heritage and the spirit of Hey Day.
By leveraging this recognizable piece of Auburn history, the identity balanced tradition and school pride with a student-focused campaign that celebrated connection and belonging.
